The device developed by Neurallys is an independently functioning pressure sensor implanted under the skin at the same time as the valve (primo implantation or revision), which is situated just above it.
It allows the transmission of intracranial pressure data to the physician in the event of symptoms of concern, via the patient’s smartphone.

Unlike existing intracranial pressure measurement solutions that can only be performed at a hospital, Neurallys proposes a continuous recording in real-life conditions.
The technology developed will gather data history previously inaccessible to physicians, yet essential to better understand patients’ symptoms and to provide them with improved care.
